Ken Chertow 1999 Camp of Champs
A Great Source Of Championship Instruction
My son, Scott McAdoo - 1999 Maryland high school state champion, has attended Ken Chertow's Super Gold Medal summer camp and his weekend Camp Of Champs. Scott also attended camps at the University of Iowa, Millersville University, West Virginia University, U.S. Naval Academy and Eaglehawk.... and I can honestly say that, in my opinion, Ken's camps are the most instructional and helpful camps of them all.
Ken is great with the kids and he teaches an intense style of aggressive wrestling that is so important and separates the champion from the average wrestler. I highly recommend Ken's camps to anyone who wants to significantly improve their skills, attitude and chances of being a champion.
Oh, and I also highly recommend his book "Wrestling: A Commitment To Excellence". If you can't make it to one of the camps, then you should at least get this book. It is the absolute best book out there for building a champion.... it worked for us! You can order one at Ken's web page www.olympianwrestling.com. Every wrestler should own this book! Ron McAdoo
